Lines and plants ship in batches of 20–150 trucks. Each project has one portal: status of every truck, documents, budget versus actual.
Unloading at site
The crane and unloading site are confirmed before the truck is released. After unloading you receive the delivery act and a closing report.

What do you need for a quote?
A cargo list with weight and dimensions per unit, drawings, the factory address in China, the site in Kazakhstan and the ready date. If something is missing, we tell you exactly what.
Does equipment need certification?
Many types of equipment need a certificate or declaration under EAEU technical regulations. We check it by HS code before loading.
Can you collect from the factory?
Yes. Under EXW we collect from the plant; under FCA we take over from the seller at the agreed place.
