Documents required to import cargo from China into Kazakhstan
Most customs delays come from documents: an inaccurate invoice, a different weight on the packing list, a missing certificate. We check the set before loading, so there are no questions at the border.

Certificate of origin
The ST-1 certificate covers goods originating in CIS countries and does not apply to Chinese goods. For cargo from China, a Chinese certificate of origin is issued when the HS code requires it.
EAEU certificates
Many goods need a certificate or declaration of conformity under EAEU technical regulations. Only a company registered in the EAEU, such as the Kazakh importer, can hold it.

Who checks the documents?
We do, before loading in China. If something is missing, we say exactly what.
What happens if the invoice is wrong?
The cargo waits in the bonded warehouse until the document is fixed, and storage costs about ₸1,600 per tonne per day. That is why we check in advance.
Where are the shipment documents kept?
In the project portal: documents and photos for every truck.
