How long does cargo wait at the China–Kazakhstan border?
Usually 10–15 days: 2–7 for an electronic queue slot, 3–7 for the bonded warehouse and customs release, 5–10 for the special permit and route, 1–3 to find a trailer and crane. When everything is prepared in advance, the truck leaves within a day of the cargo arriving.
How do you get the truck out the same day?
The queue slot is booked weeks ahead, the broker files before the cargo arrives, the permit and route are ready, and the trailer and crane are waiting. We do not start the paperwork after arrival; we finish it by arrival.
What does one idle day cost?
About $150–220 per truck: a truck day in Kazakhstan costs $95–165, plus border terminal storage of about ₸1,600 per tonne per day. The exact figure depends on the cargo and the yard.
Do you handle customs?
Yes, fully: document check, declaration through the broker, payments and release. You do not need to find a broker yourself.
How much does freight from China to Kazakhstan cost?
The price depends on the cargo, dimensions, route and crossing, so we do not publish a per-kilogram price list. We reply with a quote: timing, cost and savings compared with the usual scheme.
How do I request a quote?

What cargo do you move?
Equipment, oversize and heavy loads, construction machinery, steel structures, construction materials and project batches of 20–150 trucks.
How do I see where my truck is?
Through a portal link: where the truck is, how long is left, its status and when the operator last spoke to the driver. Drivers need no apps; the operator calls them.
What if a truck breaks down on the way?
You see the incident in the portal together with the fix: we diagnose the fault, arrange repair or send another truck, and update the arrival time. You do not need to call anyone.
Which road crossings connect China and Kazakhstan?
Five: Nur Zholy — Khorgos, Dostyk — Alashankou, Kalzhat — Dulata, Bakhty — Baketu and Maikapchagai — Jeminay.
Khorgos or Dostyk?
Khorgos is closest to Almaty and suits the south, but it is the busiest. Dostyk is better for the centre and north: Karaganda, Ekibastuz, Pavlodar. We decide for the specific cargo.
Which dimensions need no special permit?
Width up to 2.55 m (2.6 m for insulated bodies) and height up to 4 m (4.3 m for multimodal platforms), with mass and axle loads within limits.
How long does a special permit take?
From 3 to 15 working days, depending on the route. We obtain it before the cargo arrives, so the truck does not wait.
How is the permit state fee calculated?
Under Article 616 of the Kazakh Tax Code: a rate in MCI per kilometre for each exceeded dimension, multiplied by the route length. Mass and axle load fees are separate. The calculator shows the dimensional part.
Do I pay for the police patrol?
The police patrol car is provided by the state free of charge. We only charge for lawful coordination and waiting time.
What is the difference between DAP and DDP?
Under DAP the buyer pays import clearance, duty and VAT. Under DDP the seller covers everything and the buyer only receives the cargo.
How fast do you reply?
First reply in Chinese within 10 minutes during China business hours, a completeness check within 60 minutes, a standard quote within 24 hours and a complex one within 48.
