How we run a batch
Each project has one portal: truck statuses, documents and photos, budget versus actual, incidents. The operator calls drivers several times a day and updates positions.
Nine checks before release
A truck is not released until cargo data, lashing, vehicle, route, permit, insurance, weighing, escort and the unloading site are all confirmed.
